Faces behind Tour of Nilgiris

This year (2018), for the fifth time I've been a part of India's premier cycling tour, Tour of Nilgiris. My job profile as a photographer is largely to capture the scale of the event, the beauty of the landscapes the event covers and the riders & their grit to endure the terrain thrown at them. For a change, I deviate from the beaten path and dive into a portrait study of the faces behind putting up a mammoth event such as this. From drivers, cooks, motor-bikers, event organisers, media crew etc., There is a plethora of people behind the scenes working tirelessly to make this event a grand success. Here is my small attempt to give these faceless people, a little light :)
